Bremerton – WISe Kitsap County | CCS Family Behavioral Health

  • WISe teams offer flexible support for youth and families with complex behavioral health needs.
  • The team includes Parent/Caregiver Peer Counselors and Youth Peer Counselors.
  • Peer Counselors, who have lived experience, such as living with psychiatric disorders or parenting a child with complex needs, provide relatable, personal connections and inspire hope.
  • Family Behavioral Health (FBH) WISe teams in Kitsap currently serve over 170 families, including those with Medicaid insurance, American Indian/Native American, and Undocumented individuals.
  • Supported by 65-70 staff, including 16 Certified Peers and 2 Peer Supervisors.
  • There are currently 15 WISe teams with this expanding program.
