Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe)

  • Discovery Behavioral Health (DBH) in Jefferson County offers many behavioral health service opportunities for youth including a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program, Crisis Services, community education, Therapeutic Services and Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe).
  • WISe is a voluntary and Medicaid only program. It is a 100 percent family led service based on needs and takes a team approach to support a youth and their family.
  • WISe includes therapy, a Child and Family Team (CFT) including a youth peer and adult peer.
  • WISe communicates with system partners, embed parenting skills, social emotional discussions, focused goal work and more.
  • WISe is culturally sensitive, not time limited and helps erase barriers to empower people.
