  • Youthnet’s Therapeutic Foster Network (also known as Behavior Rehabilitation Services (BRS) is an intensive wraparound support program for youth with severe needs and their families.
  • Therapeutic Foster Network (BRS) program recently expanded into the Olympic Peninsula and intensively serves youth in their homes who have very high behavioral needs.
  • This program provides intensive case management and direct placement support, educational advocacy, relational mentorship, mental health support and advocacy.
  • Direct services also include developing behavioral safety plans, consultation with a trauma specialist, psychological assessments, and crisis support.
  • Youthnet also offers in-home parent skill-based programs and case management services (CIHS), including Promoting First Relationships (PFR), Positive Parenting Program (Triple P), and Family Preservation Services (FPS).

Social Workers through the Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) may request BRS or CIHS services by speaking with their supervisor.
